Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Realtor Web App. By signing up you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't sign up.

Eligibility

Tenant accounts are intended for licensed Canadian REALTORS® and brokerages with valid CREA membership. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent their eligibility.

DDF® usage

Use of MLS® listing data is subject to the CREA DDF® Technology Provider agreement. You agree to display the REALTOR.ca compliance badge and disclaimers we render by default, and to honour member opt-out flags.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) attempt to reverse-engineer or stress-test the platform without authorisation, (b) impersonate another agent or brokerage, or (c) use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email.

Liability

Realtor Web App is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
