Realtor Web App is built by a small team of engineers and operators who've spent the last decade shipping software in Canadian real-estate. We started this because every “agent website builder” we saw was either a 2010-era WYSIWYG glued to a stale IDX feed, or an agency-priced custom build that broke the moment the DDF® schema changed.

What we believe

• Speed is a feature. Pages should render in under a second on a Canadian 4G connection. We use Next.js 16 PPR + edge cache so they do.
• Compliance shouldn't be optional.The REALTOR.ca disclaimer, member opt-out flags, and address masking ship by default — not as “ask support to enable” checkboxes.
• Your data should stay your data. Lead pipeline audit logs, full export of your CRM-bound contacts, and no surprise re-marketing to your visitors.
• One brand colour is enough. We derive every shade from a single OKLCH triple. No swatch wrangling.

Independent Canadian REALTORS®, small brokerages, and teams who want a polished, fast, compliant website without hiring an agency or becoming part-time webmasters. We dogfood — the platform owner's own site is Tenant #1.

Where we're going

The roadmap is public-ish: open-house RSVP capture, automated mortgage calculator widgets, agent-team pages, French (fr-CA) first-class, and a self-serve onboarding flow that handles your DDF® paperwork end-to-end.
