Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Realtor Web App (“we”, “us”) collects and processes personal information across the SaaS platform at realtorwebapp.com and the tenant sites we host.

What we collect

• Account information. Email and password (hashed) for authentication; brokerage name and contact email for tenant setup.
• Visitor leads. Name, email, phone and message submitted through schedule-tour or contact forms on tenant sites.
• Saved-search subscribers. Email and search criteria for daily/weekly digest emails.
• Operational telemetry. IP and user-agent for rate limiting and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).

How we use it

Account data is used to authenticate and bill you. Visitor leads are forwarded to (a) the tenant's CRM via CREA's Lead API and (b) the tenant's inbox; we retain a copy for audit and retry. Saved-search emails go out only to addresses that explicitly opted in; every email contains an unsubscribe link.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't re-market visitor leads to third-party agents — they belong to the tenant who captured them.
• We don't use third-party advertising trackers in tenant sites by default.

Sub-processors

We use Supabase (Postgres + Auth), Vercel (hosting + DNS for custom domains), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Upstash (rate-limit state). Each is bound by their own data-processing agreement.
